This poem is about how society portrays "Beauty" and how the media media and even some celebrates have high standards when it comes to having a certain look or size how perfection is the way to live, how the only way you will be accepted in society is by achieving these standards . I personally think that is all bull that everyone is beautiful/handsome in their own way! I struggle sometimes with this I am caution with my weight and have low self-esteem however i am learning how to love myself and not care what people have to say or what they think!
P.s This poem is also inspired/a tribute to the Beyonce song "Pretty Hurts"
Just know that you are amazing just the way you are and do not let anyone tell you otherwise!

Greetings dear readers! This is my first ever poems book. And um I wrote these all based on my personal experiences. As you may journey through chapters of this book based on my life and events throughout. A little sprinkle of the chapters are fictional but nearly all are non-fiction straight from reality. Hopefully you will love this journey with me. Few of these poems are dedicated to my friends or based on their experiences/point of view. Most poems may contain heartbreak or sad feelings but still the majority of the poems are about love, happiness and positivity. I am so glad that I am in a better place now, looking back on my life just a while ago I was not the person I am today. With the help of people I love the most I have overcome everything I needed to dodge. We all have fallen hopelessly in love with someone in our young tender age of innocence. Except few who get through it happily others get heart broken experiencing the bittersweet pain which remains in the life till the eternal sleep. Some choose to confess while some choose to keep it to themselves. No matter what it's a sweet part of life. ✿♡♡✿ Looking outside at the rain I badly wanted a hug from him. I just miss this human so much always like never before. Looking at one of the 3 pictures he had sent me I just couldn't help from noticing those lips and exposed neck. "You know you have got a kissable lips and necks" I sent the message nervously waiting for a reply with excitement. A minute a has passed and I'm regretting it. Maybe I shouldn't have said that at least not now that we are talking again. But a smile made to my lips when I saw his reply. "Oh really?" It was a simple response yet I couldn't help myself from smiling like a teenager. He has always been reserved except for a few instances but I simply love it. I didn't want to make him wait for too long so I typed a response immediately. "Have I ever lied to you?" Seeing the purple heart reaction from his side I couldn't help just smile more and calm down my racing heart. ✿♡♡✿ Two hearts torn apart due to differences but what happens when destiny brings them together in life. To the world it was a forbidden love but to them it was the beautiful comfort they could ever find in each other. This book is about a love that developed between two hearts when they never planned for it. With a pinch of reality and fiction it's a love story between a 20 year old boy and 22 year old girl. He was reserved with his words while she was expressive. He was a mature person while she was a little kid to him. She was ready to fight the world but he was confused.

Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. This is the evolution of my madness. A cluster of rants and thoughts and poems for you guys. Everything is written how I wanted it to be rants will be long with few pauses and there will be mistakes I might have skipped over. Aha. Close both eyes to see with the other eye. Open your hands, if you want to be held. Sit down in this circle. Quit acting like a wolf, and feel the shepherd's love filling you. At night, your beloved wanders. Don't accept consolations. Close your mouth against food. Taste the food. You moan, "She left me." "He left me." Twenty more will come. Be empty of worrying. Think of who created thought! Why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open? Move outside the tangle of fear-thinking. Live in silence. Flow down and down in always widening rings of being. There's a strange frenzy in my head, of birds, flying, each particle circulating on its own. Is the one I love everywhere? Drunks fear the police, but the police are drunk too. People in this town love them both like different chess pieces. ----------------------------------- All things that we hide in our hearts eat us alive.
