anyway, here's the description:

Izuku Midoriya lived in a very.... horrid world. You see, the villains were in control over the entire world. Meaning, heroism was illegal. The villains had taught younger generations that heroes were evil, and villains were good, but our young protaginist didn't believe it for a second. However, his childhood friend and platonic cousin (along with most of their class) fell for the trap. They wanted to go to UA, the once hero school that had been modified to train young villains instead. Izuku didn't want to go there, in the slightest, and had instead opened a small cat cafe.

Except, not only is he secretly a wanted vigilante, but he is also a trouble magnet.
