This is my first story. I've no idea, how this is gonna turn out, but I'll try my best.
What if, Chat Noir gets rejected by Ladybug, and at the same time, Marinette gets rejected by Adrien? What will happen? Will they end up having feelings for each other?
SNEAKPEEK:
"Plagg! I am going to tell her my feelings!" Adrien said excitedly.
"Oh! That's a good news! Well, now if you are done with your excitement then please give me my one and only love, Camembert!" Plagg said teasingly.
Adrien rolled his eyes," You've already ate so many pieces! You are fully charged. We have to go now.
Plagg, claws out!"
"Nooooooo-" Plagg was sucked into the ring. Adrien transformed into Chat Noir and took the bouquet of roses, he had bought earlier for Marinette. He landed onto Marinette's balcony with the bouquet and a pink rose in his hand, but to his surprise Marinette was not there.
"Strange! Where is Marinette? II told her to wait here."
He opened the trapdoor and stood in awe, at the sight which he saw. Nathaniel was kissing Marinette and she actually kissed back. He felt his heart shatter into a million pieces. Ladybug had broken his heart many times, but he was hurt more than ever when he saw the scene.
He left the bouquet in Marinette's balcony and then went away to the top of the Eiffel Tower, still holding the special rose.

Only Human: A Miraculous LadyBug Fanfiction
Chat Noir's one desire is to protect and assist his lady, even when it means putting his own life in jeopardy. Marinette's deepest fears come true when his ride or die sentiment leaves him cold at her feet. Ashamed and guilt-ridden, she turns her miraculous in to Master Fu and asks him to find someone else for the job, but something far more sinister is brewing, and with no LadyBug to come to the rescue, who will Paris, and more importantly, Chat Noir, turn to to save them in their time of need? Thunderstorm

MariChat: Chat Out Of The Bag
Chat Noir's identity has been revealed in the worst possible way imaginable - In front of a nation-wide broadcast crew while facing an Akuma. His life is shaken dramatically, nothing can be the same again, and there is only one source of stability for both Adrien Agreste and Chat Noir now. The second the trapdoor closed, Marinette practically threw herself at the unexpected miraculous, tearing open the envelope that sat under the black box. "You will have to choose a new Black Cat. Remember what I have taught you. My condolences for your loss." Her heart roared in her ears, her throat lodged itself closed, and her eyes burned. No no no no. This couldn't be happening. Her brain refused to accept the note's implications. She tore open the box, praying that it would hold any miraculous except the ring of destruction. The ring sat cradled in velvet. Whatever thread was left of her composure crumpled. She fell to her knees as wracking sobs overtook her. She clutched the ring in her fist - now the only token she had left of her partner. She didn't even know his name. OR, Master Fu's home and hideout has been compromised, and he suspects it's only a matter of time before Hawkmoth closes in on him and the miraculous box. Feeling desperate, he moves up his time table in evaluating Marinette to take on his role as Guardian. This requires her to go through the "Guardian's Trial" which involves her choosing all her own heroes, including a new Chat Noir. (Chat Noir is fine).
