The gods stories are fading, so they choose mortals, who have no dorect biological connection (it can't be their children or legacys) to them, to keep them alive. This story is told from the perspective of the Heiress of Apollo, Elaine Helio. During this time there is a group of ex- legionnaires who have decided to pledge their allegiance to Octavian; They believe that they have orders from their dead leader to hunt and destroy any demigods who don't believe he is completely right. This takes place after tbe entire ToA series. I do not own any of the original charcters, only my oc's. Enjoy!

She had pushed herself past her breaking point, and still continued on as if nothing was wrong. The demigod knew if she allowed herself time to take even a moment, her soul would physically crack in two. Now was not the time for weakness, if anything, she had to be stronger. She knew the other girls would mumble about her, but Icaria wouldn't listen to them. She refused to watch someone she loved fall at the hands of Thanatos again. If need be, she would offer herself to him in place. Yet, there was someone who noticed the young girl breaking apart. She could see the bags grow darker, and watched as Icaria began to eat less and less. It was the same someone who had saved Icaria all those years ago. And the goddess refused to watch that someone suffer any longer. The goddess, Artemis, stepped out of her tent in the early morning light. All of her girls were getting rest, taking the opportunity to relax with the very few days of peace they had left. All except one. In the distance, the goddess could hear the distinct sound of metal striking against wood. She took quiet steps, and watched Icaria Kane from a distance. The girl breathed heavily, her body slumped from exhaustion. "Icaria?" Artemis asked, stepping through the early morning fog. "Why do you cry?" The demigods body tightened, urging the tears to stop falling. She turned her body away from her goddess, clutching Hearth in her hands.

Percy Jackson, Son of Chaos - Edit

30 parts Complete

Percy is betrayed when Nick Waters, a son of Poseidon and Percy's half brother, comes to camp. Loyalties are tested and enemies are made. Sally abandons him to start a mortal family. Even with the friends he still has, Percy decides to leave the place he is unwanted. He is summoned on Olympus and accused of things he didn't do. Some believe him but most are just eager to get rid of him. But when will they learn, you can't get rid of Percy that easily. He is met with some gods and the creator himself, who gives him a chance to go back in time and relive his life but not as a son of Poseidon but a son of Chaos. What will Percy find in the new timeline? Friendship? Love? But one thing's for sure, he will definitely have his revenge on those who wronged and shunned him. I own nothing except the OCS and plot. PJO belongs to Rick Riordan. Full credit for this story goes to MidnightIridescence. I found the story, and decided to make a few edits to improve overall quality. Full credit to them! :)
