ON INDEFINITE HIATUS---After a devastating fall down a subway staircase, Kai wakes up in a hospital where he has been for the last 3 weeks. Not only did the fall give him a TBI, but it also shattered his memories, leaving him lost, scared, and utterly clueless except for remembering his own name. Dang Amnesia.

Then he meets Jasper. Again. Jasper, his best friend whom he doesn't recognize, and Jasper, the one who will help him tape his broken mind back together. The one who knows Kai better than Kai knows himself. The help that Kai so desperately needs, a light in the dark. And boy, did Kai need all the help he could get.

Kai just hopes that he won't get lost ever again.

I don't know if this story needs a rating, but I feel that whoever reads this should at least be 15+. This story portrays instances of mental trauma, thoughts of suicide, physical bullying, and blood (although there are very few scenes that have blood in them). If you know that any of these will trigger you in any way, please don't read it. I do not want this book to upset anyone in any way, and I hope that it never does. Some of the items listed are actually a personal trigger of mine as well, making certain chapters quite exhausting to write. I will put a warning at the top of chapters that I know could be a problem for some people to avoid any issues. Once again, please don't read this story and/or specific chapters within it if any of these will trigger you. I don't want anybody feeling bad!

Stay safe, and sweet dreams. <3
