Katsuki and Izuku decide to share a dorm together since it'd be beneficial to grow strength from each other, they are friends, Katsuki still acts the same way but he doesn't hate him. One day Katsuki gets what he think is just food poisoning or a stomach bug but what he didn't know was that it was way more serious then that.
Also this is not some weird ass vomit fetish this is just how the disease is if it gets really bad
Izuku insists on his hospital visit where he finds out Katsuki is diagnosed with diverticulitis which turns into intestinal obstruction which is caused by diverticulitis. This disease is unfortunately life threatening, no one is sure if he'll make it.

So as any person would, Katsuki decided to help Izuku with it. The two stay glued onto each other like shoelaces, being able to untie themselves, but deciding not to. Summary 2: Chapters 19-26 Nobody said being a hero was easy, take Hawks for example. People both love and hate him for his actions, imposed on him by the hero cooperation and out of his control.
