Mayu Asami is head over heels in love with Yukio Aokawa. She loves the way he walks, talks, laughs and basically admires everything about him.
The sad thing is, he doesn't even acknowledge her. During their elementary years, they were each other's best friends, but they slowly drifted apart in time.

 Mayu knew. She knew that she had absolutely no chance with him, sometimes she even felt that he purposely ignored her. But that all changed the day she found out that she didn't have much time left to live. With a disease that was slowly eating her up inside, will she finally confess how she feels for him?
