Love?

People around me uses the word, "love" quite often.

I love him

I'm in love

I love you

She loves me

What does it really mean? Am I the only one who grew up not knowing what love is?

I grew up in a torn apart family. I barely ever saw my parents around as I grew up. Was I lonely? Maybe. But back then I thought every family was like ours so I didn't say anything.

Some people said they were jealous of me because I get to have all the kind of things they would only dream of. But can you measure happiness with numbers of expensive stuff you have? NO. At least for me NO.

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly. "How so?" he asked, glancing at her. "I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare." He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that." OR Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
