After spending a majority of his childhood alone, Naruto had never had much experience with love or crushes, except of course, Sakura. But, the feelings he's now being faced with are much stronger than he'd ever experienced before.

Shikamaru was always one to 'go with the flow,' he thought fighting against things were a waste of energy. Yet as his feelings for a certain blonde grow, he may find himself needing to speak up as others try to make unsettling choices for him.

In short: Shikamaru may be a genius in many categories, but love, is not one of them.
