Grief is everlasting. Some say it gets easier with time. Some say that the pain lessens. I don't believe them. My grief and pain is still there every day, like a storm cloud following me. It doesn't get better. It doesn't get easier. It's all a lie that they tell you.

When Kurtis died, part of me went with him. How do you get over something that was your fault? How do you move past the guilt that's gnawing on you with every move you make and every new person you meet?

When my music was first released, I wanted to go on this journey with him and I wanted him to be my rock. My music career took off, and so did he. Just not in the way that I ever imagined. So, how do I continue to go on with continued popularity without him?

But, another musician has entered my life: Harry Styles. He's happy and playful. He's excited about life and his passion for music inspires me. Can this person help to dig me out of this rut that I'm in? Can he help me find the light that has gone out?
