The Doctor and Willow are back again, this time with a mystery on their hands. They travel to the big city of Chicago in the year 1925, expecting a night of glamour and music. Instead, they are met with a case of barren lower class towns and strange conspiracies of creatures devouring civilians in the streets. With Willow by his side, it's up to the Doctor to figure out what exactly is going on in the Roaring Twenties, and perhaps tackle the wall between Willow and his friendship.
