✧☽✧Escaping starlight is harder than it seems.✧☾✧
Goodnight Starlight is a collection of short-medium poems written by me, Badco_0. Each poem will be based on my inner thoughts and perspectives. For example, one of my favorite poems, High Life Beach House, is about the toxicity of spotlights and popularity positions, typically in schools, which leave others unseen and underappreciated.
These poems will range from simple and upfront to highly metaphorical. While most written themes will be pretty tame, a couple of the collection's poems can get quite existential. Hopefully, my short introduction is enough to capture your interest and give my poetry a shot.
The collection is still ongoing for now. Every piece of advice, support, and insight is highly appreciated, so feel free to speak your mind in the comments.

8th Grade Poems, To and From
Another collection of poems from 8th-grade minds! These poems conclude our personal struggles, ups and downs, and friendships (with one another and others) throughout this year. We hope you enjoy and find special meaning for yourself in these poems. May you know that you are not alone and be helped if you are having a difficult year! Also, some of these poems are to each other (there are some that form a "mini poem series," if you will, but it's not stated if they continue each other), some are to other people, and others are just... by themselves. While some of these were inspired by someone, to someone, or about someone, all of these were important to us and have a special meaning. come pick my mind and stay awhile, make yourself comfortable. it's awfully lonely in here. - inside this book, you'll find five distinct parts: simply me, which tells you almost everything you need to know about me. you, which tells you about my experience with love and the state of bliss it brings you. after you, which tells you about my experience with heartbreak and hate. nightmares, which is every scary thing that occurs in my mind and things that instill fear in those who read it. the book closes with recovery, where we explore self-confidence and self-discovery. these are the inner workings of my mind, i'm not going to sugar coat it for you: it's a sad, depressing place. this all comes from the pages of my journals so i'm sparing you the tear-stained pages, consider yourself lucky. hope you enjoy! - feel free to comment or message me :)Completa

Throughout my life, words have been everything. I write with them to ease my own mind and also use them to comfort others. The title is very much reflective of the time during which I wrote these. Hazyfantazy, a nickname given to me by friends at the time, seemed important to include in the title, as it highlighted a time in my life where writing was a great solace and also a joy and whilst in some ways I feel I have very much outgrown her, as I have the friends who originated the name, she made me who I am today. I decided to put all of these together in one place, as felt they worked best as a collective and also so that I can revisit them from time to time. I originally intended to add to them, however after reading them and revisiting a lot of memories, it became apparent that anything I write from this day forth, would feel like they were written by a different me. I think I would be better starting a new journey with anything new that I write. Some of the pieces are personal and very reflective of the anxiety issues and panic attacks that plagued my late 20's and early 30's. Others are very much fictional written in the style of personal experience. To anyone who takes the time to read any of my poems, I thank you. Your time is precious and I appreciate any that's given and if you hit the little vote button too, you have my everlasting gratitude ❤️.
