There are as many Good things in this world as there are Bad things. But throughout the course of history many times the same mistakes have been repeated by strong rulers. This made everyone assume that power corrupts, but I disagree with this statement. Power does not corrupt, it's the human being who is foolish enough to repeat the mistakes the same as their ancestors regardless of the consequences. A virus is was what caused our world to break, what caused the good to become the bad. Kids were being hunted down and captured for this gift that was given to them by that virus. It's been seven years. Parents tried to hide them, but they got killed and took the gifted. No child was safe, from five year olds to basically eighteen. It's the apocalypse for us. You can't trust adults. We don't know why they want from us, but I'm willing to do anything to protect my her. Some gifts are stronger than others, some are weaker than others, some are out of their own control. We don't know why the military wants us but, their not getting us.
