Alexander is a currently graduated, professional Huntsman. He currently stays in Jump City to do his duty on his own. He daily checks the status on Grimm activity in the area, which is between low and medium activity. Not much Grimm was in the city, but mostly in the outskirts and usually he's the one to deal with them.
There weren't much Huntsmen in Jump City as most of them are retired or didn't take any Huntsman contract.
Alexander is aware that the Titans do stay in the city as well, but didn't bother to interact with them, since they are mostly deal with a bunch of criminals or stay at their tower. Even he can be busy with Grimm or off doing something else.
What Alexander isn't aware of that a concert is happening. He doesn't know much of the band, but a friend from Beacon mentioned it as he was staying in Jump City and has sent a music video to him. He'd be lying if he said he didn't like it. Though, he wasn't a fan of K-Pop music, but he did enjoy the song his friend sent him.
He decided to go just for the heck of it.
The Titans had the same idea to go to the concert, since a select few of them know about the band and wanted the entire team to go.
The Titans and Alex may have an interesting experience because they may have a chance to meet the band....known as KDA.
