Izuku Midoriya, an abused orphan with a hole in his right lung and an illegal quirk (which was secretly passed down to him when he was born. It was what saved him. The hole in his lungs would have killed him if All Might would never have slipped it into his baby IV.)

When Izuku manages to run away from his orphanage during a bus crash, Katsuki's team saves him from the parasites The Spotters have been hunting for years, only to find out that one, he's now a fugitive, two, he has a quirk, and three, he's a spotter too.
