One month after the second war against Thanos: Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson - also known as "The Winter Soldier" and "The Falcon" - find a young woman in an old foodhold of Hydra. She didn't get out of it since she was twelve years old. Even when Hydra was destroyed they leavd her there.. But why didn't they take her with them? Or killed her? Where does her mysterious tattoo come from? And - most important - what the hell is the "Project Phoenix" Hydra was alsways talking about?
