12 kids were born with special powers. The kid's parents told them that the world is a dangerous place that could hurt them when in reality the parents were afraid that the kids would hurt earth. Their parents kept their children isolated for the betterment of earth because of that the kids never met each other. The kids were home schooled and trained to control their powers their entire lives. When the kids were teenagers they were finally allowed to go to a high school. It was special high school with a few students that are born with special abilities.

Although the world appeared to be normal, one day changes occurred. The 'New Generation' was formed. Young children moving toward highschool started developing abilities.
