When she was nothing but a child, Tassel found herself being carted off to Svartlfheim, the realm of the Dark Elves. It was there that she was purged from her Asgardian ways, tortured and reinvented until her main purpose was to go against her own people.
Now, years later, Tassel is second-in-command to Kurse, the ruthless leader of the elven people. Her job? Assassin. The best assassin known to the Nine Realms. Tassel has never failed a mission. Ever. But when Kurse orders her to kill Asgard's royal family, she finds herself face-to-face with someone from her past: Loki.
