Eleanor is a kind and generous psychiatrist who works for an organisation that helps the homeless. She dedicates her time to making the place she grew up in the best it can be. Helping addicts, feeding the hungry and comforting those who feel alone in this world is all in a days work for her. Friends know her as a determined workaholic who couldn't judge the devil, even if she tried except, most of that is a lie.

The way Eleanor cleans up the streets of Newham is a lot more sinister than it first seems, finding a way to improve the borough by also quenching her insatiable thirst to take away human life.
