This is a fanfic set in the Destiny universe. The story is shown via manuscripts of Audio Logs made by one of my main characters Maverick-3, a Exo Hunter who is learning the ropes of being a Guardian with the help of his Ghost and newly appointed Fireteam while also dealing with some more personal problems. New Logs will be put in every now and then, as it is a ongoing story.
Mature rating is on due to amounts of swearing in planned future entries.
This is inspired by Sahvoz-88's story; A Hunters Log.

A Destiny 2 fanfiction. Part 1: New Light. When the Traveler arrived, a spherical deity with paracausal powers known as the Light, humanity prospered and thrived. Their lifespans tripled and they expanded their civilization amongst the stars and to other planets. This was known as the Golden Age until an ancient evil known as the Darkness that hunted the Traveler finally found it in our solar system. Everything was destroyed and this was known as the Collapse. Humanity would've become extinct if the Traveler hadn't of sacrificed itself, pushing back the Darkness with its Light. Swift-2 - A Destiny 2 Story
A young thief in The Last City finds himself befriending some of the City's Guardians and begins to find new purpose, but his proclivity for thievery puts him in a rough spot with many enemies. The newly adopted Hunter must find his way out of a mess of his own creation, making new allies and even more enemies along the way, and discovering what it means to be a Guardian. Additional Note - This is very experimental, but I've created a soundtrack for the story to listen to as you read. The numbers in parenthesis throughout the story indicate where songs begin.
