Lofi music is great to listen to when studying, sleeping, or chilling. The Lofi community is one of the warmest, most accepting groups of people out there.Many people feel anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed. We are all there for multiple reasons.
It creates a vibe you can feel.

PERFECT PLACES
Jonathan and Cole are starting college. Cole is nervous, excited, and ready to meet new people. Jonathan is alone in his room, trying to overcome his obsessive thoughts and panic attacks and fears about meeting new people. Cole spends his first night with a wild group of new friends. Jonathan spends his first night typing endlessly on his computer, trying to talk himself through his anxiety and self-hatred. Everything changes, one day, when Jonathan overcomes his negative thoughts and agrees to go to a party with Cole... where he sees her for the first time. A story about mental illness, college, love, memories, and death. "Somewhere, close by, there must be something better than what I have here. Have you ever stopped to sit and watch the world pass by; wondering what would happen if we had no time, no clock, nothing to keep track, or have you ever sat down and listen to music drowning out all unwanted problems you refuse to pay attention to. As you sit you begin to realize every second has its new beginnings. Time is something money can't buy, but it is also something you can't place on fast forward or rewind. Every beat of life counts just have to listen to the melody to live it happily. A young teenage girl is living an unwanted life every hour has a memory running straight through and every tick tock and replay cuts into her past. "Turn the music up, real loud. I have so many choices, but I don't know what to choose. Without people judging me. My Patience was enough. I wear a mask. The Unexpected came along. But sometimes I feel like everything is slipping through my fingers. I try to be happy, even though not knowing the way. The music and art became my escape hatch. They tell me I'm useless, not perfect, not smart enough. What people does not want to here. Their comment's sticking on to my head like a Post-it-Note. "They are Jealous, don't let them get to you." Bittersweet
|| COMPLETED || I want to be ready for college, but I'll be leaving everything behind. I don't want to forget my mom, my friends, or the memories made. Then again, I want to move on, run away from the heart break following me. I want to be free, I need to be free. For everything that I know, college could be a restart for highschool. A time where I don't make mistakes or where bad things don't happen, but I know they will. Though focusing on the negative won't lead me anywhere. Sadly though, that's all I ever learned to focus on. Learning things about my family that disgust me, learning about family members I didn't even know existed. It's all new, like morphing into a new body, you have to learn how to control. Sadly I don't know how to control myself, I can't control my emotions. I want to be ready for college, I am.
