If you're Quirkless, most people would tell you you can never be a Hero. If you can't be a Hero because people underestimate you, you're left with three other options. Being a Villain is definitely not for someone so pure and overly righteous for this world, so there are two choices left.
Assassin or Vigilante. Either choice gives you the freedom to move in the grey area, fight against or with crime, with the law as your worst enemy.

It's not bad to dream......just make sure it is realistic. Izuku always wanted to be a hero, but in a world where 80% of the population have 'quirks' no one believes it is possible due to being apart of the unfortunate 20%. If he can't be a hero then become a vigilante. Wait! All Might just offered his quirk! Wait! I got into UA! Maybe I can become a hero........ but I'm already a vigilante....... Izuku had to write a letter with 10 the task at school was to send a letter to a friend. Friends and being quirkless at the same time? Pfff- So he wrote a letter to Karma.
