After battling with werewolves, and stopping crazy vampires from bringing on the end of the world as we know it, Elise is taking a break. She needs it; the last year and a half have been nothing less than a nightmare, despite how she had tried to escape it after the first incident. Plus there is the little issue of recovering from her near death experience and with Logan at her side, that's exactly what she intends to do.

Problem with that is, while the events of the past may have been laid to rest other things have just started and Elise better enjoy the peace and quiet while she can.

After all, there's no rest for the wicked...

There's a Hunters' High Council? Don't tell humans about the existence of paranormal beings. Ooopsy, they kinda let that one slip. Don't resist arrest and escape from your death sentence.
