Phil sighs and looks at his hands. "Dan," he says, "I don't hate you. I just despise everyone like you."
"Like me?" Dan wonders.
"Yes, like you. I mean, you break the rules and make others miserable."
"Do I make you miserable?"
Dan has one goal now: to make sure Phil doesn't despise him.
This is book 1. A sequel is currently in the works; it's entitled War Boy.

I've read a bunch of phan, so why not write one? Dan Howell's life couldn't be any better at the moment. He has met the most beautiful, charming, kind girl he could ever imagine, and she loves him back. Everything is perfect... but not for Phil.
