Year 2092, the world is in the verge of destruction. Criminal rate is no longer in control. All lands are stained with poverty and death. Everything is in chaos. The surface of the Earth is facing it's most unpleasant state. When the power of the government is about to collapse, a strange doctor appeared. He claimed he could build a weapon that could bring back the order. He was ridiculed and scorned at first, but when he offered his own life for his own ability, people in the highest authority reconsidered his protest.

Inside a lab, he created a body that is fifteen times stronger than an ordinary human. After sixteen weeks, he finally announced his success. That very day, they all witnessed the awakening of a sixteen year-old girl who has the strength of a beast. They named her Blade.

For many years, she worked as a military weapon who kills anyone who breaks the law. She does her job without mercy, without hesitation and without complains. Because of that, she earned the name Heartless Heroine. She doesn't know anything but to follow orders and to terminate.
