When you have provided the file, Hulu Server creates file and it connects your Hulu account to its server in your TV. If your account ceases to work due to technical problems or the Internet, activation from the server side will be terminated if there is no response from the TV side. The activation code server stays in place until the user completes the activation until the parking between them is complete. Authentication from it's server to client-side is required with Hulu activation code.
