Meet Layla , a troubled and suffering girl with sadness pretty much stabbed in her life. After losing her alcoholic and abusive parents, she is forced to move in with her aunt.
It seems like nothing in her life can stay good, everything rots away. No one stays, no one cares, except for him. North liberty high school's notorious bad boy and feared gang leader, Ace Martinez. He rips away her fear and numbness, makes her feel free. But is also known for playing girls left and right.
He doesn't care about them. He doesn't wipe their tears away, or give them hugs, or tell them their the most beautiful girl in the planet, not like he does it her. He keeps his distance, unless he wants to fuck. He doesn't keep anyone close but his two friends;
For some reason he has a sudden interest in her, but why? Is he playing some game? Is she just another girl on his heartbreak list? It doesn't matter can't get too close to anyone anyways.
