Oscar use to be a Shared Pawn for Rias Gremory & Sona Sitri, but he feels less like a member of the groups and more like an afterthought since Issei & Saji's introduction into the peerages. It angered him to no ends. He was the one who helped them all with their problems, he was the one who made their average lives easier & he was the one who did all the heavy lifting. But everything he did went to Issei & Saji because they were holders of Dragon Sacred Gears, while he had nothing: no magical powers, no Sacred Gears, no nothing!
