Nothing involving monsters or ancient gods, no. Corruption. Somewhere in New Rome, a son of Ares discovers a loophole, a flaw if you may will in the Roman camp's governing and quickly makes his way to a high stand of power over the camp. He is in control of the camp, immediately abolishing Frank and Reyna as Praetor. His first decree?... wiping out the children of the eldest gods. The sons and daughters of Poseidon, Zeus and Hades are now wanted against the law with little to no odds of survival. Friends are made and broken. Loyalties shattered. Secrets spilled. lives ended. Percy Jackson is overjoyed when his half-brother turns up at camp. At least, until his brother turns out to be a massive jerk. He stole Percy's girlfriend, Annabi-Annabeth AND turned the entire camp AND Olympus against him! Except one person. Nico di Angelo. Yeah, Nico. The creepy kid who seems to have a personal vendetta against Percy. Well, he does-sort of. It's a long story. The two unfortunately die, when they meet Chaos, creator of the universe. Apparently, Chaos decided he liked them so much he adopted them and made them commanders of his army! In the process of commandering for 10 thousand years, the two develop some very healthy crushes, and to us fangirls' delight, get together as a couple! The Fates aren't on their side, though. Chaos got called to Olympus to clean up the gods' little mess. Gaia AND Kronos AND Chaos' sister Order are loose in America, and Chaos' army has been summoned to help deal with them. and guess where the army'll be staying? In CHB, of course! Aside from fighting the bad guys' army, Percy and Nico also have to deal with nosy campers *cough* Annabeth *cough* trying to look under their hoods, stalking them, and generally not minding their own business. Jason and Piper are living in the California Bay Area to finish their high school education. But making friends is hard and bullies are determined to make their lives misery. Percy and Annabeth are living with Sally, Paul, and 3 year old Estelle. But Tartarus, two wars, and five years of questing has tolled them more then they first thought, and hiding it is getting harder, especially when they go to school. Frank and Hazel are Praetors, (along with Reyna). And honestly, they are just passengers along for the ride. Part Two Frank, Hazel, and Reyna are at CHB to create an exchange program between the camps. But something is going on with the Fifth Cohort Percy, Annabeth, and Leo are going to school together. But Leo senses that something is wrong and is determined to figured out what it is Jason and Piper aren't really in this one This part contains panic attacks, but not flashbacks.
