Being a teenager isn't easy, especially when you have lost someone dearly, are relocated halfway across the country and have to start afresh, have insecurities with your changing body image, and have a guilty sub-conscience that never let's you forget your mistakes. And to add on all of that is the unspoken demanding pressure bestowed on you to elate your family's financial crisis. But at the end of it all, we have a choice to make. Whether to gloat or to grow. What will Skylar Crawford do? Will she hold on to the little positivity she can find and better her situation? Will she stay trapped in the memories of her flowery past? Or will she just give up and end her misery once in for all? Disclaimer: This book deals with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts and a little bit of physical abuse.
