Adrien has a very strange dream.
In the dream, he and Marinette are together. They did couple things like getting ice cream at André's, dancing together, and even going on dates!
But, something happens.
He sees himself as Chat Noir, but something's off. His normal warm green eyes turned a cold and harsh blue. His suit and hair is blindingly white and his skin is deadly pale.
He woke up in a panic, drenched in sweat and his breathing shaky.
And all he could think was, "Was that a dream or a memory?"
Also some of the titles are intense but I like to do chapter titles as lyrics from songs and there aren't many songs about dreams that I know of.

However, due to lack of proper parental guidance, he doesn't know if he can talk to her or if it'll break the magic somehow. Both Adrien and Marinette are very happy with their soul mates. Adrien had gotten into one of the biggest arguments he had ever had with his father, leading him to run from his home as his alter ego, Chat Noir. They had grown apart since his mother's disappearance. Adrien always tried to speak with his father and try but he was always busy or away. He finally snapped at his father. But where would he go for the night? He had to find someone he could trust. Marinette wasn't expecting Chat Noir to show up on her balcony with red eyes filled with tears. Her first thought after seeing him was the akumatized version of him, Chat Blanc. She immediately brings him inside, making it her job to help him. She was not going to let her partner become her worst nightmare. He needed some place to feel safe? She would become that. It became an everyday thing. Chat Noir would visit Marinette every day, they would talk about their days as Chat tried to keep his as dense as possible to not reveal his identity. They would play video games and eat food from the bakery. But what happens when something happens to Marinette that makes her break? Marinette has no where to go so Chat decides to be that place.
