Powers are new to the world when they first started showing in 1986, so still sort of new. The world is still getting use to it, some people reject the idea totally and hunt down the powers the make it their own. 38% of the world have powers, the 62% don't have the powers. This is the story about a girl named Blair and her quest to find something that is lost that she cares deeply about.
