(Y/N) is a single parent taking care of her son, Elliot, after the death of her partner. She's only just started going back to work, all thanks to her partner's old war buddy, John Watson, who lives upstairs in 221b and is able to babysit all the time.

Well, nothing could prepare for her world to be rocked by the one and only Sherlock Holmes. Elliot, fascinated by the detective, immediately becomes attached to his side, and now he constantly asks when he can see him. (Y/N) has no choice but to let the boys continue to babysit, despite Sherlock's influence over Elliot and his constant exposure to crime.

But there's more than one mystery afoot. John may have fallen in love with (Y/N) first, but Sherlock's falling too.
