Tucker Folley made it his life's mission to come to the planet called Alis. He has taken classes after classes, and finished off many training sessions all with his best friend Will Easton. When he arrives at the planet Tucker begins to discover many new things that textbooks could never cover. Meanwhile Will is desperate to go out into the jungle and discover what secrets it holds. He makes it his mission to capture one of its inhabitants, Phantom, a winged creature that roams the sky of Alis. The GIW have worked over 40 years to capture and study one of these winged creatures, but to no avail. They want Phantom because he has what none of them ever seen...
