Link has saved Hyrule following the events of Ocarina of Time. But instead of going back to his childhood as Zelda suggests, he decides to remain a young adult--hoping to start a future with her. When he visits an old friend, Link's vision becomes clouded. 
(All main characters are over 18 in this story!)

Having no further duties as the Master Sword, Fi is reincarnated and given another life as a human. Ghirahim's situation, however, is complicated. He is alive, but not the same. Can he reawaken Fi's memories, and will she forgive him after everything he's done? Even then, how will their lives continue as they are? But Zelda remembers him, the person he once was. He's so different now, and perhaps she is too. Excited to become accepted as part of the tribe, Link would soon find out that the Great Deku Tree had larger plans for him. Meanwhile, in the midst of rifts between the Gerudo and the Hylians, the King of the Gerudo has travelled to Hyrule Castle Town to make peace, and pledge allegiance to the King of Hyrule. Zelda, the young princess of Hyrule and heiress to the throne, does not trust the Gerudo King, but the words from the child's mouth fall against deaf ears. The Royal Family guards ancient secrets of the goddesses, but Zelda knows something more about the fate of Hyrule.
