Laurell, who became a millionaire over night (thank you lottery), was what you call a doomsday prepper. She had decided to create a bunker, just in case. She knew what was going to happen on July 4th 2021. It was planned for a day when there would be a lot of people out on the town and outdoors. So Laurell did what she did best, she prepared. With the help of her family and friends, everything was done in record time. What where they preparing for you ask? The end of times.
This is my first book that I have ever written or posted, please take it easy on me. If you have criticism to say; let it be constructive. Please also note that this is just a story, things happen that may not happen in real life but hey its the apocalypse. Please don't be too harsh on me. Also, sorry about the boring description of the book, I am not good at trying to grab people's attention. So if you are here, THANK YOU!

THE RISKS

"Strip. Now!" I aimed my weapon at him with a glare. Upon a passing light, I was granted a clearer view. Intense green eyes were on me, clenched jaw on a keen guard, and a visible scar at the curve of his left cheek. The idle look aired fearless against my warning, forcing my wary to hyperdrive. The sound of rustling ceased my staring. I watched him moving in largo. "Hurry up!" With a lopsided smirk, he started unbuttoning his coat, eyes boring holes on me. "What are you? An android rapist?" He let out with indifferent. "Shut it!" I yelled, trailing my eyes lower. "The pants too." *** Eve had volunteered for an assignment to meet the future. She was put into cryogenic sleep, expected to witness a greener and wiser world. But when she wake, she found herself at a dump, naked and cold. The air was thick with pollution, and malice at sight. After escaping from danger, she held the next person she met at gunpoint; a mysterious, handsome hybrid. Unbeknownst to Eve, Earth was no longer what she once knew. She soon learnt the truth behind the assignment. Left with no other option, she put her trust on Kael to fulfil her mission. The Spoiled Princess And The End Of The World
Ica was 24 years old. She was rich, beautiful, and spoiled. Everyone loved her. She never needed to do anything by herself. When she was sad, people rushed to cheer her up. When she cried, her family panicked. She liked cute dresses, soft pillows, and sweet food. Her smile had a small dimple that made her look like a doll. One day, Ica was lying in a warm bed, wearing a golden face mask, listening to music with her eyes closed. But when she opened her eyes again... she was not in her bathroom anymore. The ceiling was broken. Smoke filled the air. The floor was full of dust, glass, and bones. She had no idea how it happened. She had fallen asleep in her rich and peaceful world... And woke up in a destroyed one. The world had ended. Monsters walked the streets. People were dying. It was the apocalypse. But even this scary world seemed to treat her differently. A virus spread throughout the whole world without anyone realizing until it was too late. People were turning into zombies, flesh-eating human corpses. The government desperate for salvation opened its hidden bunkers. Some fled to other countries for a higher chance of safety. Some died on the way to those said bunkers. Some turned to those creatures they were running from. Those who are lucky and rich enough to enter the bunkers are now momentarily safe and hidden wherever those bunkers are. But it's only a matter of time before those bunkers break. While many were left outside, fighting for their lives and trying to survive, they were sleeping in comfort inside those metal havens. Unbeknownst to those who were safely enjoying themselves inside, there was something more outside, waiting for the bunkers to open. Ziya, who wanted to find her sisters, started to travel. At first, she was alone until a few people found her and became her companions while traveling the dangerous highways. How they manage to trust her despite being aloof, she doesn't know. But they knew she was a great help to them. With her unnatural instinct and calmness while fighting the zombies despite being half blind she was pretty useful to let her go. They kept asking other questions but eventually stopped when they realised they won't receive answers anytime soon. They were just letting her join them because she's useful and they felt guilty leaving her alone. To her defense, she doesn't trust them, and she doesn't want them to trust her. She thinks they're a bit stupid for letting her join but staying quiet about it. She just wanted to stay alive and find her sisters.
