Ratchet is blinded in a fight with knockout and nobody knows what to do. Without Ratchet's sight, he can't heal the team and he can't fix any computers or machinery. Now with a disabled doctor, the Autobots have to figure out who will help take care of ratchet and who will become the new medic for the team.

After opening the pod revealing the bot inside, the autobots then learned the bot in question was named Hauler, leader of the Relentless Renegades, one of the most effective teams known on Cybertron.
