TAPOPS. The legendary intergalactic agency, filled with pro heroes who had powers stronger than even All Might and All For One combined. Sadly, they chose to stay hidden, under the shadows, silently defeating villains that came from different dimensions and galaxies. Besides, humans on Earth had powers now, so they could defend themselves easily.
When Retak'ka attacked, Boboiboy was forced to save Earth, and the news of a young boy defeating a weird villain spread like wildfire, forcing the agency out of the shadows. Nezu, interested in this agency, and for the sake of his students, decided to hire them to protect Class 1-A.
Imagine the shock on his face when he realized all of them were middle schoolers.
