They help me work through my trauma. I was unsure about sharing them anywhere, but there is a certain solice in sharing my pains and releasing these words from myself. I have since come to feel much better, many of these poems are quite old but perhaps they can be a beacon to those who think they are alone. You are not. It does get better.All Rights Reserved
