She can't explain it. He loves the pain. She hates it. He makes it. She doesn't know. He knows too much. The woman, ever since she was a small child she felt withdrawn from society, she felt like she wasn't who everyone else was. That usually, would be a good thing, being different is good. However, not when that difference fuels everything you do for the rest of your life. Her mind was strong yet somehow so weak. Her heart was warm yet somehow so icy. The man had everything one could ever wish for, financial stability, an accepting family, a true love by their side. He adored having that, it made him happy, ostensibly. Inwardly, that happiness didn't spread that far; he had everything he wanted but something was missing. His pockets were full but for some reason he wishes they were empty. He was loved by someone that he wanted to love back. Old friends, old enemies. New friends, new enemies. One story. CONTAINS GRAPHIC AND MATURE CONTENT ©seashoredrift

Each event seemed worse than the next. He started off as someone I loved to be around. Even though he'd never wronged me, I couldn't bear to watch the person I saw him become. Hatred slowly filled his heart. I was terrified of him slightly, but I still wouldn't go against him. I was his rider as he was mines. Whatever decision he decided to make I would back him one hundred percent. The look in his eyes as he contemplated his next heinous act intrigued me, but I often wondered. Would I be next?
