The Hanahaki Disease, a disease where the victim expieriences unrequited love and as a result vomits blood and flowers. The disease can be cured if the victim's feelings are returned or they can get surgery to remove them.
Todoroki was confessed to by Izuku. He shot down Izuku's confession and moved on. He then finds out that Izuku is suffering from Hanahaki and is on the verge of death. He struggles with his own feelings while trying to save Izuku.
