Romance
Under the mystic sky of the Kingdom of Sorendale lies a plotting princess committing treason. Pearl is merely an orphaned girl that has no known origin. Due to her uncommon appearance of stick, straight black hair and deep purple eyes, people feared she harbored evil blood. The others avoided the young child because of these slanderous rumors. Until one night, while walking back to the orphanage, she is greeted by a small, cloaked figure with a face identical to her own. "I am Princess Emerald of the Kingdom of Sorendale and I beg of you to take my place!"

Forced to flee at the hands of their curse, the quest for refuge lead them past countless places, leaving whispers and legends in their wake. Finally, a safe haven was found and peace returned once more. But centuries later, the natural course of this story takes a sharp turn when a lavender-eyed girl arrives to disrupt their means of life in more ways than they could have ever foreseen.
