Modern medicine has taken great strides within the last 500 years. Medical professionals developed advancements including procedures that allow doctors to bring the dead back without any foreseen brain damage. After the people demanded the government stop killing civilians using cruel methods in the name of science, the responsible doctors were forced into a secret compound to continue their experiments. Orphans were stolen and secretly provided to the doctors to be guinea pigs in their harsh experiments. Follow Nova Sarford as she struggles to continue everyday life and death as an orphan stuck in the compound.
