It's been years since I woke up to find pools of blood and shredded flesh where my parents used to be. They threw out the case, pointedly ignoring the obvious smears of machine oil around whatever was left of the people who raised me. The Crown Council is as corrupt as governments get, regardless of the fact that Queen Victoria created them. The old lady has a mind of steel, but she's oblivious to the real problems in her little factions.
