The city of starlight (Katsuki Bakugo x F!OC!)

Tskasa Hitoshi, sister of Shinsou Hitoshi Grew up being the talk of her school, a freak amongst her classmates. Her quirk is powerful, her quirk is rare but most of all her quirk, is dangerous.
Labeled a monster most her life Tskasa decided she will prove them wrong and become a hero. A hero that trusted, not hated.
She is put in Class 1-A where she meets a hot-headed ticking time bomb. Their meeting wasn't ideal, and definitely something she wont forget. But that meeting will change both their lives, for better or for worse. Who knows.
