Ushijima was extremely aware of Tendou's eating disorder even without Tendou himself saying it. Him picking at his food subconsciously as he rambled on about some wild topic. He'd seen how horribly skinny he was becoming when they changed in the locker room. It was only a matter of time before things turned for the worst, and Ushijima had to do something.
