The Deadly Rogue(My Hero Academia x Belo OC)

A Belo is running amok around Musutafu City and he isn't playing around. His life was hell when his parents died and decided to take matters to his own hands in his own concept of justice. The Hero's see potential but have a hard time persuading a rogue while the villains seek to recruit but so far have body bags to return every encounter. Will this vigilante choose to fight for justice? or will he finally side with the Villians League?
