Kokichi Ouma was well known for being a mischievous Supreme leader. Is what people mostly call him, mostly because of his Childish act. not very much of the others know that he only acted that way to hide away his problems from people. He thought that keeping them to himself is for the best. 

Kaito Momota, Luminary of the Stars noticed something different about the Liar. Kaito noticed that the boy, that he always had picked fights on. Had  been acting oddly quiet, and..unmotivated? Kaito obviously didn't  know full on well on what to do with the shorter boy, but it wouldn't hurt to ask what's up with Kokichi right? and so, he did.
