They have familys now and a lot of responsibilities. The story is told from the point of view of Ponyboy's only daughter Candy Curtis. She talks about what its like to be a girl greaser. The characters keep the names Lena and Miu instead of the original names from the novel. Since I haven't been able to find a full English adaptation or translation of the novel, this story is based only on the summary and a few excerpts I have come across.
