When 12 year old Celestia Snow 'overhears' the conversation about holding the final Hunger Games, she is shocked. Especially when she finds out that the Games will still go ahead. With a mentor that hates her and zero survival skills, she will train as hard as she can. But how can she survive the arena? Will she survive the arena?
Credit to the hunger games franchise for characters, universe, etc, I only came up with a few characters.
It's not rated mature, but it is Hunger Games, so you can expect some gore. Don't read if you don't like that.

The 100th Annual Hunger Games
What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...Complete
