When 12 year old Celestia Snow 'overhears' the conversation about holding the final Hunger Games, she is shocked. Especially when she finds out that the Games will still go ahead. With a mentor that hates her and zero survival skills, she will train as hard as she can. But how can she survive the arena? Will she survive the arena?
Credit to the hunger games franchise for characters, universe, etc, I only came up with a few characters.
It's not rated mature, but it is Hunger Games, so you can expect some gore. Don't read if you don't like that.

The proposal to have a Games for the Capitol children was actually carried out, and now it is the 40th Capitol Games. But on Reaping Day, 15-year-old Scarlett hears her name after it was pulled out of the bowl. Will she be able to start a rebellion that can end the District's rule over them? Or will Scarlett always live in fear... if she survives?
